Exploration & Mining

Rapidlink Group, collaborating with Broadline Construction Company, established Gravier Congo, S.A.L in 2011. Our primary goal was to acquire, manage, and operate a 5,000-acre mine in Louvolou, Rep. of Congo.

Since then, we’ve been operational, employing a dedicated team of 50 full-time staff, capable of handling 250 metric tons per day. Our quarry, producing crushed granite—technically superior to traditional rolled gravel—is among the region’s largest, situated in Louvolou, approximately 85 kilometers from Pointe-Noire via the RN1 highway. Our output of aggregates serves vital roles in major infrastructure projects, including roads, concrete, and maritime works.

Commissioned in early 2011, the Louvolou quarry has been chosen for critical projects such as the extension of the Port’s dike in Pointe-Noire and the container terminal, among other significant undertakings.

As part of our continuous expansion, we’re actively securing a coal and lead mining license in Nigeria. Additionally, we’re in the process of obtaining a lead mining license to cover sites in Ebonyi, Nasarawa, and Plateau states, while exploring coal blocks in Kogi and Enugu, with plans for exploration works in collaboration with the MMSD.
